Busy Summer

I think one of the last things I posed about was the 4th of July and since then our weekends

 and some week days have been full!!

The weekend after the 4th Alyssa and Jackson came up and we drove to Wisconsin for the Sublime concert! which was a blast!!

 Jackson left on saturday on the bus

then alyssa and i met up with mine and chasen's friends at heritage days in mount vernon

Ean was attending Brad's Bachelor party.

Chasen ran into his best bud Jayden and they rode some rides together

and Dashtyn rocked the jumpy house's several times!

  alyssa drove home on sunday after we did some damage at the mall :)

That wednesday we went to my friend Brittany's house for a backyard water park she created!     Here are Chasen and Reis in the shaving cream pit

My mom and Lily got here on Thursday that week

and we celebrated grandmas birthday with brownies and popcorn cake

 and on friday the Seaba kids made a visit to our pool

that is getting a deck put on!!!

friday night we went to see the little mermaid play

and Saturday was the annual float trip

saturday night my mom took the kids to solon beef days for rides and cotton candy!

Sunday we had Sutliff Sunday!!

and played a little volleyball

on monday mom and lily left and we had our first day of swim lessons which are every day this week and next!

that brings us to today....and tomorrow we are off to north english and Im off to Julies bachelorette party!!

Ugh, This One

The short one, who is almost as tall as his brother

and will be 1 and 1/2 years old on the 30th

still loves his paci (at bed time only) but if he finds it during the day freaks when I take it

The one who loves to throw his food on the floor

The one who has never slept through the night, maybe for a month around his birthday

 and since then

he is up at 1 or 2 am

he used to just need a hug/pat on the back and he was back to sleep.

for the past month now EVERY night at 2 or 3 he is up and in our bed.

if I lay him back in his he screams the longest we let it go was an hour....and when Ean's alarm goes off at 5am listening to a baby  Toddler cry at 4am he might as well get up for the day...so in our bed he goes, and kicks, and rolls and is hot and takes up half our king bed. :/

Chasen was such a good sleeper!

Dash is The One who is now talking some

his first phrase being:

air-day-go? (where they go)

he signs please--thanks to grandma

all stuffed animals are Elmo

he can point to and name his eyes, ears, nose, mouth.

Chasen is now ya-yen because its quicker to say then aaaaa ennnnn

he can say ily (Lily) and its really cute to see him stick his tongue out to say it

He says nana for all fruit

and tells me No *sigh*

The one who has reached full toddler mode

screams any time he gets in the car

screams at the store

and most recently screams at any restaurant and wont sit in a highchair *double sigh*

The one who climbed into his own highchair the other day

but can't climb out of his crib.

If it weren't for his amazing smile Id probably loose my mind :)

Guess Im moving back into the hood---Toddler hood.

95 Years Young!

we got to bring grandma over from the nursing home, I think it's been a couple years. we usually go to the nursing home to see her and the boys are loud and crazy!! 

this way she could really see them run!

we also celebrated her birthday a few weeks early with cake and pie!

 chasen actually talked to great great grandma, and told her about his race and the medal he won! He usually doesn't say anything.

 we are all so lucky to still have a grandma/great grandma/great great grandma

It's really cool that Chasen and Lily will have memories of their great great grandma.

(and maybe dash will too!!)

July 6th

Saturday we went to the nursing home and brought my great grandma over for lunch

its been since Christmas since we have seen her. We celebrated her 95th birthday, a few weeks early and took some great photos that Ill post later on their own!

we said good bye to grandma and Jackson. He had a baseball game

and we all headed to the lake!

  we left the lake showered, ate napped and then headed back out for fireworks

 we literally laid under the fireworks and could feel them fall on us! 

they were really good though!

It was a great trip home :)
