So we have been patients at our Dr. office for exactly 3 weeks and I have seen 2 of the 3 Doctors, the receptionist, I sware, knows my voice when I call in and EVERYONE has heard Chasen scream! The nurses know us very well too.
I guess that's what happens when you have children.
Since Chasen was born we have been to the Dr for his 2 week check up, once for the GERD thing, a follow up for the GERD and ANOTHER follow up for the GERD and I went for mastitis ... thats 5 times in case you weren't counting.
Chasen hasn't even had his shots yet..that's in Jan. sometime and Im sure we will be back before then.
But I hope we aren't.
Ean has even went, unwillingly to get his flu and tetanus shot. He just thought he was going with for Chasens check up but I had scheduled him an apt. to get his shots and he was pretty surprised! (insert evil laugh)
I really think they should have a punch card or a frequent flyer type deal at the Dr. office...
or the vet for that matter.
Kevins bill alone was $250 (worth it though cause we love him, and that seizure thing was really scary)
any way I'm on antibiotics for this mastitis and if my one boob that is plugged doesn't drain on its own I'm gonna have to go get it drained, so if that happens the whole breast feeding thing may come to an end. Mastitis is REALLY painful. That and Im not producing as much milk so we are using up the stuff I started to freeze for daycare.
At least they do make formula and my kid wont starve.
I want to keep breastfeeding 1. for Chasens benefit and 2. the weight loss.
I would like to take this opportunity to toot my own horn (all though I ha vent really done anything) I have lost 35lbs since I had Chasen and I only gained 20. Now none of this has to do with me exercising or eating healthy it has to do with breastfeeding and not having time to eat enough lol.
on another note we were supposed to head to NE today but it looks like we will be leaving early tomorrow morning.
I hate when things like this dint go as planned. I'm kind of a plan freak...only for certain things.
