Staches or Lashes Party!

On August 1st at 27 weeks we had a gender reveal party
we took some family photos before the party

everyone could choose their attire :)

 Lunch Time!!  

lots of rough housing in the pool by boys big and little ;)

Alyssa had (sorta) held in the secret for 6 weeks!!!!

for some reason i got so nervous before hand!

Ean turns his face....Im pretty sure he was the last to find out it was a BOY!!!

at first it looked white for a split second i wasn't sure if it was light blue or pink!

high-five because Ean is gonna put a urinal in the garage  

chasen had silly string every where, in his eye up his nose...not sure if he sprayed himself or if someone else got him!

Ava sewed a blanket for baby!

It was one of the best parties ever!! 

complete with surprise guests!!

I was so fun to have so much family there to share in our joy.

It was defiantly what I needed to feel more excited than anxious!

Kevin. The Most Loved Dog in the Universe

he is so smart he is the only dog to successfully escape from his kennel at the dog kennel we take him to when on vacation.  and he has done it twice in the 7 years  we have been taking him there. 

he thinks he is a human and is spoiled rotten

he does share his dog bed

always finds his way into photos

 

and is always by our side

is the best snuggler

 

and nanny for kids who dont want to sleep alone

taking care of dash when he was sick

he lets company know where his spot is :)

wares christmass jammies

and plays the paper guitar

is super lazy

and puts up with his dads BS!

 

he's just the sweetest most best dog ever!

Chasen Learned to Ride A Bike!!

Last night Chasen said Im gonna go ride my bike?!

ok. well we decided to take the training wheels off because they just don't work on uneven gravel.

we have tried to teach him to ride a bike for a couple years but he just wasn't interested or it was really hard and frustrating. 

so ean took the wheels off and helped get to the end of the drive way and he rode it in the road!

Dashtyn found a stick weed and was waving it around yelling set go!!!!

he got the hang of it pretty quickly but still needs some practice!

Im just glad he wants to do it now. I was pretty sure he never would want to!

20 weeks

WE ARE HALF WAY!!! 

actually im 21 1/2 we weeks now

we had the 20 week ultrasound and it took and hour and a half!!!

baby was hiding behind my belly button and it kept casting a shadow on the heart ...but after turning on my side a few times she got a good look at it and all good! 144bmp which now has me thinking boy!

Baby was also measuring at 12 ounces, which is a little bigger then average.

Im predicting a girl/boy/girl....i can't decide!! born on halloween 9lb 11oz 20.5' long

we did find out the sex but only Alyssa knows until the gender reveal party on august 1st. and she is currently not speaking to anyone until then as she is afraid to use pronouns. 

I told her to wait to open it!!!

I just want to kiss that sweet little face!

I thought that getting the ultrasound would make me feel better but it actually made me more nervous to get him/her here safely in my arms where i can see that everything is ok!!!!

20 weeks!

at my OB apt. I still had high blood pressure 158/88 so she had me lay

  down and take deep breaths for about 5-7min and took it again 120/72 .... so apparently Im anxious when i go there....no surprise to me, but its weird because i dont feel anxious like im not breathing heavy or have a tight chest or crazy heart beat. Its just crazy what you body can experience with out you even knowing!
I was having horrible headaches like for 24hrs with out relief and went to get a massage (for tension headaches) and she worked my neck so hard that it was bruised, but it didnt hurt while she was doing it and it actually worked i havent had a headache since!

Baby is kicking and rolling like crazy in there now! Ean felt it a couple times and i tried for 2 days to get chasen to feel it and every time he tried Baby would stop. I told him it wanted to play hide and seek ;) finally last night it was really kicking hard so i told him come over and he tip toed over telling all of us "shhhhh" and he sat and waited and finally felt it!!
Dash has yet to feel it cause he can't sit with his hand on my stomach for more then 10 seconds before he is off doing something else!

he does love baby though and spent some time snuggling at the pool!
