Happy St. Patrick's Day

we spent the day making cookies and cupcakes for easter time
and just hung out with my mom, Dashtyn was a little cranky and it was too windy to play outside.



we made pink lemonade cupcakes, just came in a box. They are really good!

First Trip

Last weekend we went home to nebraska for the first time as a family of 4!
We have out grown our car so kevin only rode with us to cedar rapids where he was dropped off at doggy daycare. A little get away for Kev.

then we were on our way, we were about 40min into the trip when we had to pull over on a gravel road for chasen to pee.
Dashtyn slept the entire time, waking up when we stopped at mc donalds for an hour and let chasen play and then he went back to sleep.

Chasen had to poop when we were about 20 min from my grandparents and he couldn't hold it he had tears in his eyes and said his tummy hurt so we had to stop on another gravel road for him to poop lol

we hung out with family at my grandparents house and Dashtyn got to meet several family members for the first time!
