This Valentines was our 11th valentines day together! We had fun going through old photos!
we've had some pretty good ones and some funny ones and one where I got Ean hair gel because valentines day really is a silly holiday and what else was I supposed to get him.
There was the year we didn't want to cook at home or mess with long waits at restaurants so we went to sutliff bar :)
My favorite was valentines of '06, we had bought our house out here on the farm and the lady who rented it out for 6mo had moved out so it was empty and we decided to bundle up (electricity was off)
and go have dessert by candle light infront of the fire place in our living room. we talked about our dreams for the house and for our family, our upcoming wedding and then we got cold and went back to our house in mount vernon!
The past few years have been spent at home loving on newborn babies or celebrating new found pregnancies(Chasen's)
This year we got dressed up and took the boys out to eat. we were going to go to Biaggis (ean saved the receipt ) where we had our first valentines dinner but it had a 2 hours wait so we went to texas long horn/or raod house. loan satar....something like that lol
Lots of LOVE
then we went home for some gifts!
chasen got new running shoes and hasn't taken them off. he put them
on the floor by his bed so he could run downstairs this morning...and he did!
I made ean a list of 101 reasons why I love him and the first few had gifts to go with
"you are always first to say sorry" --sorry board game :)
there were also home made cards.
he didnt want to give me the heart card made by ean he wanted it to say TO: dad. but earlier that day I told him I loved him and he didnt say anything to me..... and I said Chasen I love you! he said I know.
I said, dont you love me .... yah. well how much I asked.
He said: Do you remember that time we went to the park on a 'venture' and we saw those big tall trees
(arms reaching above his head)
Thats how much I love you....
his card to dad said I love you as much as Thor and claw guy because you let me ride on your back!
