we always do a secret santa where you draw a # and that is the order you go in to pick your gift and if you want you can take a gift already opened from someone else instead of opening a bag on your own, I got a nerf gun that chasen took from me when his # came up! So I took Jacksons heated ice scraper:)
my grandma does a secret $$ santa where she puts money in envelopes 1 $50 and 1 $100 the rest at 20 10 5 and 1's
you pick your # and thats the envelope you get NO TRADING!
kids got to draw numbers this year so I thought our chances were good....we got three $1 and I got a $10 :)
