well you all already know now we are pregnant!!
But lets finish the journey...
10 days after transfer they do a blood pregnancy test but i did home pregnancy tests before then all of them positive!
i had the blood test done and they called me that afternoon with the positive results, this time the number was higher then the last pregnancy but less then dash so i was still nervous.
my estrogen level was good but my progesterone level was low so they upped my dose and i went and picked it up because we were leaving on vacation and i wanted to make sure i had enough.
well that next day i decided to email my dr a picture of my injection site,
it had been itching for a while but i just figured the skin was irritated since we had been doing shots for a couple weeks and my skin was dry anyway
but I wanted to make sure all was ok before we left. one side looked like this the other was less red but it itched bad.
i got a phone call with in 30min and they told me to stop the shots immediately because i was allergic!
well i was glad to not have to do shots anymore but pissed i had just bought the new stuff the day before. big waste of money.
this was all 4 weeks ago and the spot on my right hip still hurts when when i touch it like a deep bruise but the shooting pain has stopped, i think it damaged a nerve!
and then i started to have have red spots on my legs and stomach...which are still there but they dont itch.
so they stated me on progesterone suppositories and tested my blood levels every week until last week. I get to stop all meds today!
last monday i had my first ultrasoud
at 7 weeks!
heart rate 140
the boys came with us and thats when we told them.
I saw the heartbeat before the lady could even point it out.
it was just BOOM right there saying "imhereimhereimhere"
they boys thought it was cool to see!

They prescribed me meds for the constant nausea ive been having.
they said my ovaries were still large and producing extra hormones AND im on extra hormones so that is why im extra sick.

then on friday afternoon i went to the bathroom and wiped to find red blood....I just so happened to be on the phone with ean....i had an immediate flash back to the last pregnancy...the bleeding for weeks and the loss.
i hung up with ean and called the university since im currently a patient there and my reg OB will see me on april 6th at 10 weeks.
the nurse said they probably didnt need to see me for an ultrasound.....but i assured her that they indeed DID need to see me or i would have a panic attack.
"well we do have openings today"
ok then why are you being such a B about it!!
she scheduled me.
my mom and sis were here so my mom watched the boys and alyssa took me, ean was an hour and a half away and i didnt want to wait. he was home when i got home from my appointment thought!
so i had the ultrasound.
baby was fine.
actually baby had grown from 0.86cm to 1.34cm in 4 days! and heart rate was 162.
we actually saw the baby wiggle.
so crazy!!! the ultrasound lady was even in awe. unreal!
however they found a subchorionic hermorrhage. meaning im bleeding from where the placenta is attaching/forming. right now baby is using the yolk sac until about 10/12 weeks when the placenta takes over.
they say these are normal and happen in 40% of pregnancies and usually resolve.
im convinced this is what happened last time and will be insisting on another ultrasound at my 10 week appointment to see if it has gotten smaller.
or if i bleed heavy again ill be going in.
i had more red spotting on saturday and everything has been brown since. which means it might be resolving.
Ean is currently in charge of all vaccuming and moping and lifting.
i pretty much just sit and fold laundry and read books to dash
sunday afternoon things got icky.
i puked up my lunch and continued to puke up everything i had after that and had a low fever of 99.5 i called the University hospital because i had a massive headache, cramping and was afraid i was severely dehydrated. or getting and infection. they kept me on hold for 15min waiting on the dr to answer the page.....they didnt answer so they told me to wait and they would call me back
i waited 45 min...puked some more and called mercy (my reg OB) they did a complete intake on me (since im not a patient there yet) paged my dr and said she would call back in 15min. i hung up started puking and she called (not even 2 min) she said i didnt need to come in for iv fluids unless i was still unable to keep things down today or if my fever was over 100.4. she got me a script for dissolveable(under the toung) anti nausea meds and told me to suck on ice chips.
the meds helped and i was dozing off as the university called me back an hour and 15 + minutes later.
I didnt even answer.
today I feel much better alble to keep stuff down, but still nauseated and exhausted
I knew this pregnancy would be hard but this is almost unbearable to sit here and spot with no idea what is or isnt going to happen and not a dam thing i can do about it. :(
